Jerry Ariail, MD

Jerry N. Ariail, MD, was born in Toccoa, Georgia. He attended Mercer University in Macon, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia. He received his doctor of medicine from the Medical College of Georgia. He did straight medicine internship at the University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock followed by two years in the U.S. Air Force as a flight surgeon at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. He returned to the University of Arkansas Medical Center for his dermatology residency and moved to Ashville, North Carolina to set up his dermatology practice in 1977.
Dr. Ariail is an elder and active member of Arden Presbyterian Church (PCA). He and his wife Linda reside in Arden, North Carolina. They have three grown children, Mark, Ashley and Krista, as well as one grandson, Parker.
Dr. Ariail has been on mission trips to Patchakan, Belize, Merida, Mexico and Acapulco, Mexico with PCA's Mission to the World. He has been to Riobamba, Ecuador, Kabul, Afghanistan and Dalian, China with CMDA's Global Health Outreach. He has been team leader to Manzini, Swaziland with World Medical Mission, Pathakan, Belize with Mission to the World, and three GHO dermatology speciality teams to Valladolid, Mexico.
