Dr. David Stevens - Leaving Your Nets Behind
Leaving Your Nets Behind
David Stevens, MD, MA (Ethics) – CEO, Christian Medical & Dental Associations; Bristol, Tennessee
Why should you bother to mend your nets? Frankly, it is a tedious chore. It requires learning difficult skills, attention to detail and consumes an inordinate amount of time. After all, when you finish mending, you just have to go out fishing and cast it again and again. You often won’t catch anything despite your back-breaking efforts. Worst yet, you could rip your net on a rock or tear it on the side of your boat and there you are, sitting on the shore again, mending your net. Isn’t there something better to do?
