Field Staff Registration via Budget Center (Internal Transfer)

    Connections Conference Registration Fee: $125

    This registration fee covers:

    • Three nights’ lodging (double occupancy) at Ridgecrest Conference Center (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
    • Seven meals at Ridgecrest Conference Center (Wednesday and Thursday, three meals each day plus Friday breakfast

    National Convention Registration, Lodging and Meals

    Please note: Connections Conference ends Friday morning, April 27.  National Convention begins Thursday, April 26 and ends Sunday morning, April 29, 2018. If you stay for National Convention, you will only need to pay for two nights’ lodging (which includes 7 meals).
     Single occupancy with meals: $145 per person per night
     Double occupancy with meals: $90.50 per person per night

    Release Acknowledgement:

    By registering for this event, you are giving Christian Medical & Dental Associations and all its business affiliates, its assigns, licenses and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use your name (or any fictional name), picture, portrait, digital image, photograph, or voice in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for advertising, trade, or any other legal purposes with no royalties due you, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection therewith. You affirm that you are over eighteen (18) years of age and have read the above authorization and release prior to its execution.
