Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for content distribution. CMDA offers RSS feeds for the benefit of its members. These feeds currently only include podcasts. Our RSS feeds are free and www.cmda.org currently uses RSS 2.0. 

How to sign up for CMDA Podcasts
Click on the resource(s) below that you are interested in subscribing to, and follow the instructions to add to your RSS reader, such as iTunes. Life Support is also available on iTunes (search: LifeSupport, one word).
