Jim Phillips and his wife Ouida live in Little Rock, Arkansas, and have been serving the poor in Central Arkansas since 1989 and in Central America since 1997.  Jim left the corporate world and became Executive Director of Love Truth Care in 1993, which was then a local food ministry.  Four years later, Honduras mission trips were added to the outreach ministries of LTCare. 



Since 1997 Jim and Ouida have facilitated over 75 teams and helped launch several ministries in Honduras, including Operation New Life in 2004.  Jim spends about 60 percent of his time in Central America and is passionate about empowering indigenous believers for kingdom ministry. He, along with Francisco Alvarado, will be the in-country host for Operation New Life - Global Health Outreach teams.
