Once you have submitted your registration, please call MEI at 423-844-1062 for payment.  The insurance is $3.30 a day and the registration fee is $100 for members and $200 for non-members.

Prior to registering for an MEI tream you must have been approved by the team leader. You should also have submitted an MEI participant application and a current CV to CMDA/MEI.

 

Important Note! You must have a valid passport to travel with MEI. The expiration date must be at least 6 months after your return to the USA. It may take 6 months or more to obtain a passport through your local passport office. Faster service is available through G3 Visas & Passports at www.g3visas.com. Should a visa be required, your team leader will inform you whether it should be obtained on arrival or before departure and may provide you a letter of invitation. It will be your responsibility to pay for and obtain your own visa.
