A well worn TV commerical features a doc asking all his patients the
same question: Are you taking your bp meds everyday?
And the variety of answers run along the same theme:
I take it most days
I forget some days
I get busy then I don't
I feel good so I go without
I don't need it anymore
I feel great -usually
Seems to me that when asked about spending time with God everyday, we
often give the same responses.
Paul wrote the Romans about their need for complete metamorphosis by the
renewing of their minds.
Two questions:
What does this look like? How would you recognize one whose mind is
transformed?
How do you think that happens?
