Automatic Monthly Donations by Debit/Credit Card
You can download this form if you would like to make an
ongoing monthly donation using your credit card.
Automatic Monthly Donations Via EFT From Your Bank
Account
Making automatic gifts from your bank account is easy. Save time and
trouble through electronic funds transfer. And because the cost to CMDA
to process your donation is much lower, your gift will go even
further.
You can start your automatic EFT gift by completing the necessary
form and sending it to us at CMDA. The Stewardship Development
office will confirm receipt of the form and then your gift will
be withdrawn each month on the specified date. You will receive a
receipt from CMDA and a record of the deduction will appear on your
monthly bank statement. You can stop or change your monthly deduction at
any time. Click here to download the EFT form, or contact Stewardship Development.
Home/Real Estate
Real estate can be a practical and tax-wise gift. Gifts of real
estate (homes, farms, and other real estate assets) can complement your
overall estate plan, enhance your security now and in the future and
honor the Lord. If you would like to discuss making a gift of
appreciated real estate, please contact Jamey Campbell at
423-844-1033.
Gifts in Memory and Honor
A memorial gift, while expressing honor for a loved one who has gone
Home, becomes a meaningful way to offer a gift of lasting worth. An
Honor Gift is a wonderful way to communicate appreciation for a loved
one, friend or colleague. Mail in your memorial/honor gift, along with
the contact information of anyone you would like us to notify about the
gift, to:

Retirement Accounts
Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), many pension plans, and other
qualified retirement plans may be utilized for charitable giving through
effective gift and estate planning. For many CMDA members, a qualified
retirement plan is their single largest asset. Decisions regarding the
distribution of these assets after your passing are critical in order to
do the most good possible within your family, church and organizations
you support. If you would like to give in this way, please contact Jamey Campbell at
423-844-1033.
Stock
Shares of publicly traded stocks can be easily gifted to CMDA. Many
members and friends are choosing to support the work of CMDA with gifts
of appreciated stock. You can save capital gains tax and may secure
other attractive benefits. If you are interested in making a gift this
way, here are some instructions.
Mutual Fund Shares
Please contact the CMDA Stewardship Development
office regarding the process of appreciated mutual fund shares.
Each fund family has a differing process required to transfer shares
directly. We will be happy to walk you through the process to provide
for ministry while saving capital gains taxes.
Donor Advised Funds
Donor Advised Funds allow people to donate cash, stock or other
approved assets to a special charitable account, claim a charitable
deduction to save taxes, and then later recommend the ministries and
charities to support. Consider this effective family foundation
substitute for gifts of $10,000 or more. CMDA has a relationship with
the National Christian Foundation to accommodate
donors who wish to create a Donor Advised Fund to provide gifts to
the various ministries they support. If you would like to give in
this way, please contact Jamey Campbell at
423-844-1033.
