October Prayer Requests

 

Here is a list of daily prayer requests for CMDA. How can we pray for you? Fill out the Prayer request email at the bottom of this page and we will lift up your prayer request in our regularly scheduled staff devotions.

 

Thank you for being a prayer warrior!

 

  1. Wisdom from the Lord for the Chief Executive Officer, David Stevens, MD as he leads CMDA.
  2. All CMDA members involved in domestic missions, full or part time.
  3. Planning and organizing the next CMDE conference for  missionary doctors.
  4. The financial needs of the organization.
  5. The staff of CMDA in Bristol, TN, and other parts of the world.
  6. The work of MEI, as CMDA members minister overseas. The director of MEI.
  7. Campus discipleship and evangelism ministries.
  8. Board of Trustees, led by George Gonzalez, MD.
  9. The work and ministry of our field staff across the United States.
  10. Ministry to medical and dental students.
  11. The Mobile Medical Unit in Nicaragua and the ministry using the MMU.
  12. The staff at the National Embryo Donation Center.
  13. Pray that the Marriage Enrichment Conferences will be a useful tool and a blessing for medical and dental marriages.
  14. Members who are facing malpractice charges and lawsuits; and that the Lord would manifest Himself  in love to our doctors and lawyers, so the person on the other end of the suit may see Him.
  15. Missionary doctors and their families in remote locations.
  16. CMDA members who have serious illnesses or disabilities.
  17. Retired members of our organization.
  18. Members experiencing financial difficulty.
  19. That many will be won to the Lord through the ministry of CMDA members.
  20. For courage to stand up for Biblical principles and truth.
  21. SCAN publication sent to 1,000 missionary doctors each month.
  22. For those who will make decisions regarding healthcare reform.
  23. For GHO project teams who are ministering in the name of Christ.
  24. That God will provide the resources He wants CMDA to use in His service.
  25. For vision and wisdom in expanding the Associations' ministry.
  26. CMDA regional, area, and associate leadership.
  27. Praise God as we recount His faithfulness.
  28. For courage and power for doctors speaking out on ethical issues.
  29. That the resources CMDA sends out will be a blessing and bring many to a deeper relationship with Christ.
  30. God, please lead and guide us as we seek to build groups of like-minded Christian doctors through our Placement Service.
  31. For WIMD ministry to have Jesus' guidance so that we are carrying His program, not ours.
