PAACS Progress Notes Update
- You have helped six more men achieve their dream of becoming a
surgeon. PAACS will graduate six more this summer bringing the total to
18 graduates who are serving their own people and the Lord. One will
continue on with training in pedicatric surgery before returning to his
home of Sierra Leone; the others will be serving in Ethiopia, Cameroon
and Ghana.
- Founder of PAACS, Dr. David Thompson, received the 2010 Servent of
Christ award at the recent CMDA annual meeting.
- The PAACS Commission met in Chicago May 14 and 15th and hosted the
Friends of PAACS dinner on the 15th. Thirty-seven attended this first
ever spring dinner.
