General Information
Dates: April 23 - 25, 2010
First session begins at 9:00 AM on Friday and last session concludes at 12:00 PM on Sunday. (See detailed schedule below.)
Venue: CMDA Conference Center at the National Headquarters in Bristol, Tennessee.
Content extremely valuable for both participant and spouse.

*The Spouse Fee is for spouses attending with a graduate professional or resident/student, and can be used even if the spouse is a doctor, resident, or student.

Late Registrations
After April 2, 2010, there is the addition of a $25 late fee.

Lodging
This conference will be held at CMDA’s Conference Center. However, there is no lodging at the facility so area hotels have been contacted for those needing overnight accommodations. Expense is the responsibility of the participant.

Hotels
CMDA has received special rates at the Holiday Inn and Suites and also at the Courtyard by Marriott. Both hotels are located in Bristol, Virginia at Exit 7 off Interstate 81. The area has a variety of shopping and restaurant options to enjoy during free time. When booking your reservation, mention the Christian Medical & Dental Associations (CMDA) to receive the special rate.
