COMMISSIONS

 

CMDA Commissions are established by the Board of Trustees in order to accomplish a goal of the Associations that is beyond the expertise, staff, or financial capabilities of the organization’s administration. The Commission’s activities will be conducted primarily outside the normal operational and administrative structure.  Nevertheless, they are subject to Board oversight via the Chief Executive Officer.
